Core Management Team

Chen Haiyong, born in 1965, has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas services industry, primarily in the offshore projects EPC project management area. He started his career in 1982, working with Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant Co. Ltd for 8 years as Engineering Manager and joined Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd in 1994 and was promoted from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager for his service to more than 10 projects including but not limited to FPSO, Jack Up drilling platfrom, semi submersible drilling platform etc., and gained a successful record in engineering and project management roles in the offshore oil and gas industry during 12 years' period in Jurong.

Chen Haiyong and his core team started operation and development in mainland China since 2006. Prior to Tri Ocean's engagement with China Shipbuilding Group's Qingdao Wuchuan shipyard, rom July 2006-2009, Chen Haiyong held the position of General Manager of Titan Quanzhou Repair Yard. Tri Ocean has been successfully managing and delivered 8 complex offshore projects in Wuchuan, including subsea buoys, pipelay vessel, OFFSV, deep diving support vessels, jack up rigs etc..

Chen Haiyong has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wuhan Institute of Water Transportation Engineering, he is a member of the Greater China Offshore Technical Committee of DNV GL.

Date of appointment: Chen Haiyong has been Chairman and General Manager of Tri Ocean since September 2011.

Yang Dehao, born in 1963, has over 35 years of experience in the petrochemical and offshore oil and gas services industry, primarily in the offshore projects EPC project management and commissioning area. He started his career in 1984, working with Huainan Chemical Plant for 12 years as Electrical Engineer, and he joined Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd in 1996 and was promoted from Electrical Section in Charge Engineer to Mechanical & Electrical Department Manager. He participated and led the commissioning of more than 10 major offshore projects including but notlimited to FPSO, pipelay vessel, semi submersible drilling platform etc.during 10 years' period in Jurong.

Yang Dehao and his core team started operation and development in mainland China since 2006.

Prior to Tri Ocean's engagement with China Shipbuilding Group's Qingdao Wuchuan shipyard, from July 2006-2009, Yang Dehao held the position of Deputy General Manager of Production/Procument for Titan Quanzhou Shipyard. Tri Ocean has been successfully managing and delivered 8 complex offshore projects in Wuchuan, including subsea buoys, pipelay vessel, OFFSV, deep diving support vessels, jack up rigs etc..

Yang Dehao has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Automation) from Anhui Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

An Xiang, born in 1969, has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas services industry, primarily in the offshore projects quality management area. He started his career in 1992, working with Nanjin Chengguang Machinery Factory and joined Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd in 1997 as QA/QC Section Manager, responsible for quality performance of JSPL for a decade.

During his tenure in JSPL, An Xiang participated 6 offshore conversion / new building projects, including FSO,FPSO, FPU, Jack-Up, Semi-Submersible etc.

An Xiang and Tri Ocean's core team started operation and development in mainland China since 2006.

Prior to Tri Ocean's engaagement with China Shipbuilding Group's Qingdao Wuchuan shipyard, rom July 2006-2009, An Xiang held the position of QA/QC Director of Titan QuanZhou Shipyard Co. Ltd. Tri Ocean has been successfully managing and delivered 8 complex offshore projects in Wuchuan, including subsea buoys, pipelay vessel, OFFSV, deep diving support vessels, jack up rigs etc..

An Xiang has a Bachelor of Science, his Qualification includes:

Qi Lei, born in 1978, has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas services industry, primarily in the offshore projects HSSE area. He started his career in 2004, working with Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd and was Project HSE Manager of several major FPSO conversion projects.

Qi Lei and Tri Ocean core team started operation and development in mainland China since 2006.

Prior to Tri Ocean's engaagement with China Shipbuilding Group's Qingdao Wuchuan shipyard, from July 2006-2009, Qi Lei held the position of HSE Department Manager in Titan Petrochemical Group. Tri Ocean has been successfully managing and delivered 8 complex offshore projects in Wuchuan, including subsea buoys, pipelay vessel, OFFSV, deep diving support vessels, jack up rigs etc..

Qi Lei has a Bachelor of Occupational health and Safety from University of Newcastle.
